Amazing Saturday

Have you ever had a day where there is so much work with seeming heavy burdens but instead it is a day of laughter and joy?
That was our yesterday.     Old Son and I were working at the Museum getting ready for our D-Day Tea on Monday,  Trunk Display for the Brandon Summer Fair, and new Display on the Parade Square.  Who knew the day could be so much fun!  Thank you!

Yesterday's scripture reading was all about forgiveness and forgiving with no limit.   Today pray this prayer of forgiveness.    Pray it slowly and meditate upon the words.....

O loving and kind God, have mercy upon me. Have pity upon me and take away the awful stain of my transgressions. Oh, wash me, cleanse me from this guilt. Let me be pure again. For I admit my shameful deed-it haunts me day and night. It is against You and You alone I sinned and did this terrible thing. You saw it all, and Your sentence against me is just. Create in me a new, clean heart, O God, filled with clean thoughts and right desires. Don’t toss me aside, banished forever from Your presence. Don’t take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me again the joy of Your salvation, and make me willing to obey You. This I ask in Jesus’ name.  Amen.     (Psalm 51:1-12 TLB)

Many blessings
